Meet Erica
an intuitive guide and licensed trauma therapist. I’m thrilled to present at the Rise Up Rooted Retreat. This will be a hands on, experiential workshop designed to help you connect more deeply with your emotional integrity by using meditation and other proven tools.
You'll develop a deeper relationship with your emotions by activating Radical Self Love to increase self acceptance.
You'll experience effective techniques to ground back into your body, to root down and connect with your primal core.
These techniques increase your sense of connecting with your personal inner wisdom and are tools you can use forever and in the later workshops, such as the Neurographic Art experience, yoga, and while nourishing your body with healthy, sumptuous foods and herbs.
Please check out more of what I do on my website, ericarandolph.com.
If you would like to schedule a counseling or tarot session with me while I’m in Missouri, please reach out at at ericarandolph.com/book
Meet Oak
I am a young artist from the Ozarks. With my art I create multimedia illustrations and paintings. I love taking inspiration from plants and animals, and whimsy. Whether I am making art, playing music, or being active I love to be in the outdoors.
Oak is a rising artist who excels at finding the right medium to express her heart and soul. She inspires us to look deep within to express what has heart and soul through images and multimedia art techniques.
Meet Jamie
Jamie is a a tribal descendant of the Wyandot Nation of Kansas, looks to his Native American roots for artistic inspiration. He is an experienced facilitator of qi gong practice. Jamie delves into our common physical reality through ceramics and movement to release what is emotionally stuck through gentle movements designed to connect you to your inner strength.
Meet Ethel
Come join me in creating a personal container from nature's gourd
assortment. Decorate from a variety of media sparking your imagination.
Fill it with your special life's 'Rooted' experiences.
You may choose a quick decorative design or weave time at my table throughout the day -
some things need to dry between applications. This will be a great time
to share thoughts & ideas with an old sage and your fellow participants
as we work on our projects.
Bring your covid masks because gourd interiors often contain mold spores
released When we sand for a smooth surface. Being outside will help
mold dissipate quickly but you'll still need protection at that stage of
decorating.
